Entry guidance
This qualification is designed for learners who are working, or would like to work, in a business administration role within any sector or industry. It’s ideal for those who are new to the role or who’ve been working at that level for a short period of time.
There are no specific recommended prior learning requirements for this qualification. However, learners may find it helpful if they’ve already achieved a Level 2 qualification.
Registration is at the discretion of the centre, in accordance with equality legislation, and should be made on the Portal. However, learners should be aged 20 or above to undertake this qualification.
This course has been developed to support learners completing the Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship Standard and covers the knowledge, skills and behaviours of the standard. The course can also be delivered as a stand-alone qualification, designed for those learners wishing to gain a working knowledge in customer service management.
